Abstract

Clubfoot is a congenital deformity affecting the foot and ankle, linked to various prenatal factors. To compare the effectiveness of Low Dye Taping (LDT) versus the Robert Debré method on foot posture and range of motion in children with clubfoot. A randomized clinical trial with 40 children was conducted, comparing pre- and post-treatment outcomes using Pirani and Dimeglio scores. Both treatments improved foot posture, but LDT was more effective in reducing deformities and enhancing mobility. Low Dye Taping proved to be superior in improving foot posture and range of motion in children with clubfoot.
