Abstract
The biological processes of ageing are examined in this article, along with methods for encouraging long, healthy lives. It emphasises how hormone balance, stress reduction, sleep, and physical activity can all help to slow down ageing and fend against age-related illnesses. Frequent sleep, exercise, and stress- reduction strategies enhance cognitive and physical performance, and supplements such as DHEA, melatonin, and NAD+ precursors’ aid in cellular repair. Senolytics, gene therapy, and personalized medicine are examples of emerging treatments that show promise for prolonging life expectancy. When combined, these tactics offer a comprehensive approach to ageing, integrating new technologies, medical interventions, and lifestyle changes to improve independence and health as people age.
